Luxury Villas
Oskelos Villas
Three ground-floor houses with basements, clad with white stone, and private pools were realized, erected, and decorated under our supervision.
Our collaborating teams completed the project on time and delivered a project with the best quality of construction and the most modern design, always in the context of Cycladic architecture. Characteristic points are the suspended external staircase to the roof and the hanging beds without base.
TOURIST RESIDENCES
Naxian Sun Apartment
Overlooking Portara, we designed and renovated an apartment on the second floor of a classic house in Grotta, Naxos. Modern colors and combinations, modern layout, and utilization of all the useful space.
The house is just 75 sq.m. and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wc, living room-living room, private kitchen area, and storage space. Therefore a beautiful, modern, and functional residence was created.
Hotel PROJECT
B Class Hotel
In the heart of Mikri Vigla, our office has undertaken the design, supervision, and construction of a luxury B-class hotel. This project is to accommodate 40 beds, 10 private pools, 2 larger communal pools, a restaurant and bar area.
The philosophy and design of this hotel seek to create something new, modern, and functional. The aim of all parties involved is to raise the level of tourism. New practices and materials will be used so that the result will satisfy the highest standards of its guests.
TOURIST RESIDENCES
Luxury Villas
Three new villas with private swimming pools and a basement are to be built in the estate of the Municipal Community of Kourounochori, Naxos, overlooking the sea and the sunset. The three modern residences will be located at different altitude levels so that they all have unobstructed views.
Functionality, utilization of the full potential of the pitch and a modern layout are the words that represent this study.

Luxury, glamour, and modern design are the principles of the design and implementation of this project. Four villas with large openings leading to the private pool and the large garden that stretches out in front.
Houses full of light, with a strong presence of natural wood and stone, were the dream realized through this architectural design.

Bee Naxian House Kastraki
Two new seaside and ground floor houses, with Cycladic style, colors, and materials such as Sangri stone, Naxian marble, and traditional Cycladic coatings, are located in "Kastraki" of Naxos, just a few steps from the sea.
What makes them special is the simplicity of the Cycladic beauty, their modern layout, and their bright white color.
APARTMENTS
Tourist residences
Against the backdrop of the stones that dominate the hill of Plaka from the ancient quarry, two tourist residences are to be erected. Externally decorated with Naxian stone and white traditional coatings. They are characterized by semi-circular openings on the facades, modern building corners, and wooden pergolas.
The aim of this project is to represent the traditional architecture of the Cyclades and to harmonize it with the landscape of Plaka.

In front of Plaka beach
In front of the sandy beach of Plaka, a new luxury villa with a private swimming pool, large verandas, and views of the absolute blue.
Spacious bedrooms, simple lines, and stone are the main features that make this project stand out.

Roos Project
Three new villas with private pools and a basement are to be built in "Roos" of Naxos, a few meters from the sea. Two of them are two-storey villas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wc, kitchen, and living room, but also semi-open spaces so that the visitor can admire the magical sea view.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wc, kitchen and relaxation area. All according to their design have outdoor BBQ, outdoor seating area, and planting around the private pool.
